At CrossFit Fuel Your Fire we offer the following classes:
CROSSFIT: A class with a general warm up, specific warm up, skill, strength, workout and cool down. The class is different every day and consist of a combination of aerobic capacity, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and other skills to create a unique class. 4 people per class.
CROSSFIT BURN: A class similar to the CrossFit class, concentrating slightly more on aerobic capacity and excluding barbells and Olympic weightlifting. 6 People per class.
CROSSFIT PRE-SCHOOL & KIDS: These classes are tailor made for the little ones between 3 & 6, and 7 & 10. Tanja is qualified as a CrossFit Kids coach and Fuel Your Fire is a CrossFit Kids affiliated box, so programming is designed specifically to suit this age group. The class is only 30 minutes and promotes exercise through play.
CROSSFIT TEENS: A class specifically catering to the 12 to 17-year-old age group using the CrossFit style of training. 6 People per class.
CROSSFIT CONDITIONING: Designed for CrossFitters to improve their running and cycling, but mostly catering to athletes that want to expand on their energy systems,
increase strength, flexibility, stamina and aerobic capacity to help the create a big engine for their preferred sports. 6 People per class.
OTHER SERVICES ON REQUEST: Body assessments (measuring body fat %), nutritional coaching, personal training, pro-shop, supplementation advice, sports massages, in-house Biokinetics
