Joining fee R650

Our joining fee includes broad based testing of health and fitness related components such as cardio respiratory fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscle endurance and power which is measured and tracked to ensure progression of performance. Or coaches uses this tool to not only ensure that you can safely start exercising, but also to be able to give you measurable  feedback and results that you will feel after just a few week of training. If you start with a well-documented base it is easy to see progress. It takes no longer than an hour and you will also receive a logbook and lifestyle modification advice from our experts in training, nutrition and Biokinetics.

CrossFit 2x per week R650

You may join any of our classes 2 x per week as well
as the mobility session on a Saturday, which is a free class.

CrossFit 3x per week R850

This is our entry level package. You may join any of our classes 3 x per week as wellas the mobility session on a Saturday, which is a free class.

CrossFit 5x per week R950

This package is for those who would like to come more often, and this is usually a natural process as you become fitter and stronger to want to train more often. It is easy to upgrade from the entry level CrossFit to the 5 x per week package.

CrossFit Unlimited R1150

This package is for those who would like to join multiple classes per week and train more than once a day. There is a big choice of different classes, from pure CrossFit, to Burn, Conditioning and mobility classes.

CrossFit Teens R650

This class is tailor made for teenagers between 12 and 17. Tanja is qualified as a CrossFit Kids coach and Fuel Your Fire is a CrossFit Kids affiliated box, so programming is designed specifically to suit this age group.

CrossFit Pre-school R450

This class is tailor made for the little ones between 3 and 6. Tanja is qualified as a CrossFit Kids coach and Fuel Your Fire is a CrossFit Kids affiliated box, so programming is designed specifically to suit this age group. The class is only 30min and promotes exercise through play.

CrossFit Kids R450

This class is tailor made for kids between 7 and 10. Tanja is qualified as a CrossFit Kids coach and Fuel Your Fire is a CrossFit Kids affiliated box, so programming is designed specifically to suit this age group. The class is only 30min and promotes motor skills, social interaction and life skills.

Single drop-in R150

Box owners, coaches and regional or games athletes train for free.
